All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and the Ultrashield Consulting name — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission. Methodologies, tooling, and templates remain our intellectual property except as expressly assigned in an engagement agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultrashield Consulting is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed solely by that engagement's agreement.
